Kristel De La Cruz is a digital strategist who combines creative design with automation and AI to help service-based businesses streamline their marketing and sales processes inside Go Highlevel CRM. Since 2023, she has focused on building systems, using AI prompting, and custom automation tools that support client acquisition and engagement with less manual effort.
She learned Prompt Engineering from Vanderbilt University (through Coursera) and has received specialist training in designing Custom GPTs, AI chatbots, and Voice AI. With hands-on experience in setting up lead management workflows, CRM migrations, and AI-driven outreach, Kristel creates solutions that are both strategic and practical—helping clients save time and stay focused on growing their business.
She is also dedicated to streamline business processes so that business owners may dedicate their time in more important matters and experiences.
