Applies to: Digital design products and content delivered via download, link, or email.

1. Overview

By purchasing from LYV | Lawliet Yohann Visuals, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all digital products sold through our website, forms, or direct communication channels.

2. Payment & Access

All products are paid in full, upfront.

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, as we are a non-VAT registered business under the Philippine TRAIN Law.

Access to digital products is granted via email, download link, or shared folder, depending on the product format and stated delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary by product type. Unless otherwise specified:

Custom content is delivered within 2–3 business days after both the onboarding form and copy approval are received.

Instant downloads are available immediately after payment or within 24 hours.

Note:

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete forms, missing brand materials, or failure to respond to copy drafts within the given window.

4. Copy Approval Policy (Applies to Custom Content)

For certain products (e.g., Instant Content by LYV), you will first receive a draft of your caption copy/text content before final design begins.

You must review and approve or request changes within 24 hours of receiving the draft.

If we do not receive feedback within that time, we will proceed using the copy as delivered.

This policy ensures your turnaround remains within the promised 2–3 business days.

5. Onboarding Form Requirement

For custom packages, you will receive an onboarding form link via email immediately after purchase.

We require the completed form to begin your project. Delays in submission will delay delivery timelines.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — unless:

You were charged in error

You received the wrong product due to our fault

7. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product from Instant Content by LYV, you receive full commercial rights to the final delivered content. This includes the right to:

Use, edit, and publish on any platform

Rebrand, repurpose, or adapt as needed

Claim authorship (e.g., “Made by [Your Brand]”)

Use for client accounts, team members, or your agency

No credit or attribution is required, but it’s always appreciated.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery, all rights to the final product are transferred to you.

Any brand materials you submit (logos, color palettes, fonts) remain your property and will only be used for your project.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to deliver your product:

name, email, business info, brand assets.

We never sell or share your data.
